Where The Mystic Flow started...
The connection with Costa Rica all started in 2021 when Mari moved to the Jungle in Costa Rica to live on an off-the-grid permaculture farm called Punta Mona, she went for a retreat and stayed as a volunteer, where she worked at the permaculture farm, witch lab, taught Yoga, worked in the kitchen, and so many other projects! The experience changed her journey in this lifetime forever, she started to see life in a different way ~ where being connected to the Earth and helping others with their Healing Journey became her purpose ~ The Mystic Flow started with this experience and Mari CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO EXPERIENCE THE JUNGLE the way she experienced ~

Mariane Pinto
FOUNDER
It all begins with a Dream. Mariane (Mari) is the creator of The Mystic Flow, she dreamed of creating experiences and never thought she was capable of doing it, all this dream started in Costa Rica. Mari is a Yoga Teacher, Osteo-Thai Body Worker, Sound Healer, Authentic Relating Facilitator, and Retreat Leader, most of all a lover for Human Connection. She believes we are meant to be in places we belong, and not fight to be in places that are not in alignment, we need to be nourished to grow, and Love is really the ultimate Truth, and the only thing real. Trough different healing modalities and experiences in Nature, also including plant medicine, Healing happens in a cellular level.

Sydney Foltz
SACRED BREATHWORK FACILITATOR
Sydney Foltz is a certified, trauma-informed Sacred Breathwork facilitator, Shamanic Energy Healer, Feminine Embodiment and Spiritual Mentor. Her mission is to hold a safe, loving and intentional space for you to access your most primal, authentic expression through awakening of your inner healer. Working with Sydney is an opportunity to connect back to the wisdom of your body, anchor deeper into your sovereignty & align with the truth of your soul. Born and raised in Chicago she left the United States 3 years ago to embark on a new path deepening her studies with different healing modalities and medicines. Through this discovery she has found the breath to be the most powerful and transformation medicine to work with - because its the medicine that lives within you. She now lives in The Sacred Valley of Peru, deepening her studies in the healing arts and hosting private and group retreats. She is so excited to be apart of the magic of this retreat back on the lands of Puerto Viejo, where she called home for 2.5 years.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
RETREAT POLICE
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 for all reservations.
Full payment must be made 1 month prior retreat starts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a COVID-19 related travel ban occurring during the retreat dates, a credit will be applied for another future retreat.
If you cancel 60 days before retreat starts, 100% can be applied to another future retreat.
If you cancel within 30 days of the Retreat date, your payment is transferrable to any other retreat, less $500 deposit.
If you cancel with 15 days, you will forfeit your entire payment.
