Just like the waves in the ocean our emotions are guiding our way back home. Our emotions are a tool for internal guidance that can help us connect to our intuition. During this journey we will cultivate trust in our emotional awareness and discover our inner knowing. Water can take any shape it wants, as we are made of mostly water, we also can become anything we want. We will be exploring the Ocean through different activities. If you already know how to surf or want to learn, we will have the opportunity to ride the waves in Mexico with local experienced Surf Teachers. We will be going on an amazing Dolphin Tour, and releasing baby turtles into their new life in the ocean.

During The Mystic Flow Embodiment, we will step into our mats every day to create a habit of developing a morning practice. The true Yoga starts when you leave the mat and go back to your everyday life. More than anything yoga is about harmonizing oneself with the universe. It is an ancient wisdom based on technology of the body, releasing tension and stress. We will be Meditating Into the depth of our consciousness and practicing a variety of breathing techniques that you will be able to take with you. Ice bath combined with meditation and movement will provide a full reset to our nervous system, which is extremely beneficial for your body.

We will be diving into a Cacao Ceremony, experiencing the spirit of this sacred fruit, and planting a seed of her powerful cure in your heart. Dancing freely with Ecstatic Dance to liberate and express ourselves with the beats of a Local DJ, Ric. Reconnecting to the Fire within us during the Temazcal ceremony. The fire element is associated with heat, power, strength, passion, transformation, and digestion.

During our journey together we will hold space for evaluating traumas and conditionings from the past that are blocking you from stepping into your true self. Yana will be guiding us through a powerful workshop on how to find the root cause of your trauma, how to hold space for your inner-self and how to give yourself the experience of healing and love. Mari will be teaching a workshop on how to “Map your Mind”. This workshop will support you in creating positive daily habits and a better understanding the inner workings of your being.

Retreat Policy:
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 for all reservations.
Full payment must be made 45 days prior retreat's start.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of a COVID-19-related travel ban occurring during the retreat dates, a credit will be applied for another future retreat.
If you cancel 60 days before the retreat starts, 100% can be applied to another future retreat.
If you cancel within 30 days of the Retreat date, your payment is transferrable to any other retreat, less the $500 deposit.
If you cancel within 15 days, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Mari has traveled around the globe and has immersed herself in many different healing practices. She has been teaching and practicing Prana Vinyasa Yoga for 6 years and regularly works with Entheogens for her own healing using Shamanic practices.
She's transforming her own experiences into existence to help others get out of their comfort zone and heal from the inside out. Through connecting with daily spiritual practices, getting into their body and mind by alchemizing their energy, and challenging one’s self into trying new experiences in Nature.

IYana had her awakening experience at 29, At that time she lived in Washington DC, was married and very unhappy. Yana saw herself living a life of her mother in her own marriage and that was a clear message for Yana to make changes in her life. Since then Yana has begun her spiritual journey. Her priority is to know her essence apart from all the layers of conditioning . Yana, “My work is to share and empower those who feel stuck and unsupported on their journey to self.” Through personal work with awareness and subconscious mind, Yana found a way in assisting people to help awaken their creative gifts, release unhealthy patterns, empower personal growth through a holistic approach of healing.
