MARI MYSTIC
MARI is the main host and creator of The Mystic Flow, she is a passionate guide dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward inner freedom and healing. As a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, and Group Facilitator, she leads transformative retreats around the world. With over 10 years of experience on her own healing path, Mari has explored diverse modalities across various cultures, enriching her practice and deepening her understanding of holistic wellness. Her warmth, authenticity, and dedication create a safe and inspiring space for individuals seeking growth, self-discovery, and inner peace.

MARI VIBES
YENI ( ZEN YEN) is the co-facilitator for this journey, she is a certified 500 HR yoga teacher, massage therapist, and event facilitator based in Puerto Rico. I’ve led retreats and experiences around the world—from the Philippines to the Caribbean—and my passion is creating spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves and nature. My teaching blends mindfulness, movement, and intention, rooted in years of personal growth and study.
Mari will be teaching lovely classes Mari is a registered yoga teacher and sound healer based in sunny Boca Raton, Florida, with over a decade of personal yoga practice. Passionate about sharing yoga through teaching and community immersions, her classes offer a space for students to explore their bodies, find stillness, and connect with their highest selves. With experience training athletes, runners, and dancers both on and off the mat, Mari brings a unique and personalized approach to her teaching. Her lifelong dream of teaching at retreats has blossomed into a reality, allowing her to guide students through transformative experiences in beautiful, inspiring settings that leave a lasting impact.

🛬 Fly into:
Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
→ Arrive by 12 PM on October 16
→ Or arrive on October 15 and stay overnight near the airport
🛫 Fly out:
Evening of October 21
→ Or stay near the airport and fly out on October 22
🚗 Drive to Mount Shasta:
→ ~3.5 hours from SMF to Mount Shasta by rental car
→ You’ll want to arrive at the retreat location by late afternoon on October 16
