MARI is the creator of The Mystic Flow, she is a passionate guide dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward inner freedom and healing. As a certified Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, and Group Facilitator, she leads transformative retreats around the world. With over 10 years of experience on her own healing path, Mari has explored diverse modalities across various cultures, enriching her practice and deepening her understanding of holistic wellness. Her warmth, authenticity, and dedication create a safe and inspiring space for individuals seeking growth, self-discovery, and inner peace.

Mari will be teaching lovely classes Mari is a registered yoga teacher and sound healer based in sunny Boca Raton, Florida, with over a decade of personal yoga practice. Passionate about sharing yoga through teaching and community immersions, her classes offer a space for students to explore their bodies, find stillness, and connect with their highest selves. With experience training athletes, runners, and dancers both on and off the mat, Mari brings a unique and personalized approach to her teaching. Her lifelong dream of teaching at retreats has blossomed into a reality, allowing her to guide students through transformative experiences in beautiful, inspiring settings that leave a lasting impact.

There will be a shuttle or shared car service available at an additional cost.
🛬 Recommended Airport:
Fly into Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport (MFR) near Ashland, Oregon
→ Arrive by 4 PM on October 11
→ Or arrive on October 10 and stay overnight nearby
🚐 Shuttle Transportation to Mount Shasta:
→ The group shuttle will depart from Ashland, Oregon
→ Approximately 1.5 hours from Ashland to Mount Shasta by shuttle or car
🏡 Retreat House Arrival:
Please plan to arrive at the retreat house in Mount Shasta by 4 PM on October 11.
🛫 Departure Flights:
Plan flights for the evening of October 17
→ Or stay overnight near the airport and fly out on October 18.
